I work on partnerships at Ledger, in Türkiye and, since 2026, Japan. I live in Yukarıbey, a village on the Kozak Plateau.
I studied Japanese, translated manga, worked in drug-safety reporting, then found my way into crypto. It was never a neat career plan. I tend to follow subjects that make me curious, learn fast, and stay long enough to become useful.

Day job
Ledger
I manage affiliate, creator, co-branded, wholesale, retail and marketplace partnerships in Türkiye and Japan. I also work on institutional opportunities in Salesforce. When customs rules stopped direct online shipments into Türkiye, I helped rebuild the market through local distribution, retail and marketplace partnerships.
Since 2026 I also cover Japan. I run affiliate outreach in Japanese, look for new partners, and bring creators who worked with Ledger before back into the affiliate program.

Security education
I designed retail training materials for three hardware lines and helped train 25 Teknosa staff in five stores. A bilingual security glossary we developed was added to Teknosa’s internal knowledge platform. I also wrote a self-custody course for a developer education platform. Launching soon

Before crypto, I translated manga from Japanese into Turkish. Two series carry my name as translator, and I edited a third:

If Tomorrow Changed
I am preparing a documentary channel about the consequences of changing one basic condition of the world. The first episode asks what would happen if nobody were hungry tomorrow. English comes first, with Turkish and Japanese audio planned.

A shared task list I built with React, Supabase and Vercel. It began as a useful tool for two people. I may eventually turn the idea into a more general product called Junto.
An app for recording who gave what at a wedding. In Türkiye, guests pin gold and jewellery on the couple, and families keep a careful list so they can return the kindness one day. Hatır Defteri turns that notebook into a simple app that also works offline. The name means, roughly, a ledger of goodwill.

Food venture
Peren Açık
A local food venture I support and help build digitally. It is based in the village and shares Aegean food and culinary heritage. I work on the bilingual website and SEO.
Japanese Language and Literature at Ankara University, work at the Turkish-Japanese Foundation, and an exchange term at Soka University in Tokyo.

Life here
The part that happens away from a screen

The garden
I moved from Istanbul to Yukarıbey for a life closer to nature. The garden is pesticide-free. I grow apple, cherry and olive trees, save seeds from my harvest and try small experiments, including saffron indoors.
Mostly observation, trial and error, and learning what the local microclimate will allow.
The dogs
İda and Cesi are our dogs. My partner and I also care for street dogs in and around the village. Sometimes that means food. Sometimes it means treatment, shelter or finding a safer place for a mother and her puppies.
It is ordinary, ongoing work, and a real part of our life here.
Languages and tools
What I work with
Turkish is my native language. I work professionally in English and Japanese, with basic German and Persian. I use AI often, but the useful part is still deciding what problem is worth solving.
